The fee is 2000 Kwacha for men who would like a private experience by appointment. For men who would not be able to have a vasectomy if they had to pay the 2000 Kwacha, NSVI will pay Dr. Kachacha and his team, and your personal information will be shared with NSVI.

Vasectomies are performed at the new Langiza Chikondi Clinic.
